My internship is the best foundation for my career. Working in the kitchen is exhausting because we're working under pressure, but I know this is part of being a chef. Learning continuously every single day and giving my best will have a great impact for me to become skillful and globally competitive in my chosen career.

My culinary internship is molding me to become better by learning from different professional chefs. As an intern, this opportunity leads me to a clear vision of my purpose and which particular path to pursue.

My culinary internship served as a gateway to enhance my skills in all aspects related to the food and beverage service industry. The experience changed my perception in life: to pursue everything that is possible and to never limit myself to grow and improve. The training was one of the best investments in my life.

My training with Sofitel Krabi was a memory to keep for a lifetime. The cultural exchange helped me hone and showcase my skills in the culinary arts, and the experience helped me grow and prepare for the future. I'm grateful for the experience and thankful to Ediphi for guiding me through the training program.

This culinary traineeship has already sharpened some of my rough edges in the kitchen. Every day, I want to learn and hone myself. I work directly with the executive chef, who has taught me well. So to all aspiring students like me, I tell you: Go out, explore and keep learning.
